Sunny Moscow

I like Moscow! It's hard to describe this amalgamated city..It has an energy that St Petersburg did not..It is after all the capital...I guess..

There's nothing more interesting than people.. After Lara left, Misha moved in to my room; 19 yr old landscape design student (I think that's what he said..), Russian; spikey orange hair, piercings, leather jacket..keen on Sex Pistols, Ramones, etc.. really wants to visit London.. :) A short stay for Misha.
There are also Camila from Brazil (and her boyfriend Edwardo who isn't staying here but always around), Fabio also from Brazil who is reading PhD in Philosophy, in Berlin; all interesting in their own ways with different reasons for travelling.

The hostel; it's a 3 bedroom flat with a separate living room, a kitchen, a bathroom; on 2nd floor of a block of flats.  There are 4 administrators (as they call it) who is in charge of the running of the place day to day (there is an owner called Dimitri..who is not around); one admin personnel at one time - each staying for a certain days at a time.. First it was Daria, then Anya. A family like atmosphere...everything is very relaxed; share food, chat while cooking, etc.. being fed very well...It's feels like a home..

A visit to Moscow Museum of Modern Art; a good exhibition - Agostino Bonalumi
Kremlin can wait..
